I've written a bit more about all that at the end of this post (along with a few other bits and bobs), but the main purpose of this post is to talk a little about some of the skills I've picked up while at Distilled. The Mr. Distiller appeals to me because of it's small footprint and it appears it would not need a lot of babysitting.
